Scraps collection vacuum cleaner

INDUSTRIAL VACUUM SYSTEMS FOR MATERIAL RECOVERY

Depureco USA systems are built to capture and recover what your process produces—fine dust and powders, heavy scrap, and wet pickup like coolant, oil, chips, and swarf.

Configure the right combination of suction power, filtration, and discharge so material moves fast, filters stay flowing, and disposal stays controlled. For machining, that can mean filtering chips and fines while returning usable coolant back to the tank—not throwing money away with every cleanout.

Industrial Vacuum Accessories & Attachments

Most performance gains come from the tooling and separation—not just the vacuum.

Use the right hoses, nozzles, floor tools, and squeegees to match the pickup surface, then add pre-separation (chip baskets / separators) to keep bulk material out of the filter and maintain airflow. On fine dust jobs, continuous bagging (Longopac) helps keep changeouts sealed and controlled; for dry dust and chips, JetClean filter cleaning can clear the filter quickly without stopping vacuuming.

Suction points vacuum system

CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEMS WITH MULTI-POINT SUCTION

A central vacuum system is a fixed installation: one suction unit + filtration/collection + a piping network with distributed suction points across your facility.

Instead of rolling a portable unit everywhere, operators plug in where they work—cells, machines, maintenance bays—and material moves through the line to a single collection point. Systems can be sized for single or multiple operators, and the main unit can be placed away from the floor to reduce noise and keep service contained.
